PLANTATION SECTOR

Candidates are briefed about the nature of the job, condition of work site and hardships while they are on work, so they may prepare themselves mentally and physically. After comprehensive video briefing, workers are taken for physical tests.
Criteria for selection involves three areas of interest

Physical Fitness
Weight and Height
Willingness to work at the remote area

Few photographs taken at the time of selection of plantation workers from Bangladesh for Felda Plantation are given below for the reference purpose. Felda is the State owned one of the biggest plantation projects in Malaysia where about 30 000 workers from different part of the world are working.
