Workers selection for Manufacturing Industries (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical...) is mainly depend on IQ of the candidate, ability to response with the instruction given by instructor. We also conduct a simple mathematics, color blind and physical test. Eventually choosing the most appropriate person for job is the preference of ours and off course of employer.
